Price Match Promise

At Hills Home and Garden we try our very best to give our customers the best prices possible, however, if you do see items elsewhere at a cheaper price we will be more than happy match the prices quoted.

In order to match prices of competitors we would need the following criteria to be met:

• The product must be available from stock and have the equivalent lead-time
  (We cannot price match our in stock items if competitors items are sold out or on pre-order)
• The competitor’s item must be identical (colour, size, brand) and must be brand new (we cannot match "Ex-Display" prices).
• We cannot price match against in-store only deals or prices available only via memberships (including loyalty and reward programmes)
• The competitor’s price must include delivery and, if applicable, any assembly charges.
• The competitor must be based and registered in the UK and sell direct to customers (no auction or marketplace retailers). The competitor must sell through a distribution channel which is authorised by the original manufacturer for sale in the UK.
• No other promotional offers or vouchers can be used on top of a price match.
• We cannot match against any clearance or closing down sales
• Price Match Promise is subject to verification that the competitor is a legitimate trader.
• Payment method must be like for like
